These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and t299 ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the t299 website located at t299.bet and all associated services, games, promotions and features offered therein. Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or accessing any part of the platform.

1 Eligibility
The t299 platform is available to individual players who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. t299 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any time, and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Minimum Age Requirement
You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an account with t299, to make any deposit, to claim any bonus, or to participate in any game or betting market offered on the platform. This age restriction applies regardless of the applicable legal gambling age in your location. Players who are found to have misrepresented their age will have their accounts immediately closed and any funds arising from gameplay during the ineligible period will be forfeited.
Single Account Policy
Each individual person may hold only one registered account on the t299 platform. Opening, operating or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether registered under the same or different identity documents, mobile numbers or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms. t299 may close duplicate accounts, void any associated gameplay, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

2 Account Registration and Verification
To access the full range of t299 services including deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims and gameplay, you must register a player account. Registration requires accurate personal information and is subject to the verification procedures described below.
Accuracy of Registration Information
You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and active mobile number. Providing false or misleading information at registration, or at any subsequent point including during KYC verification, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
KYC Verification
t299 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document and a recent proof of address. t299 may also request these documents at other times if deemed necessary for compliance, security or fraud prevention purposes. Processing of KYC documents typically completes within 24 hours of submission.
Account Security
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must notify t299 support immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. t299 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials or have shared them with third parties.
3 Deposits and Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals on the t299 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳, BDT). t299 supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and major bank cards (Visa and Mastercard) for both deposits and withdrawals.
Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount at t299 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by t299, although individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank card issuers) may impose their own transaction limits. t299 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply charges. Deposits are credited to your t299 account balance immediately upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank card withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. t299 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request before processing, particularly where the amount is significantly higher than the player's typical transaction pattern. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
Same Payment Method Policy
As a general anti-money laundering (AML) measure, t299 requires that withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Where a player has deposited via multiple methods, t299 may require withdrawal to the method from which the most substantial deposit was made. t299 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds.
All funds deposited into your t299 account must originate from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. t299 reserves the right to return funds to their source if a third-party payment is identified and to close the associated player account pending investigation.
4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
t299 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and VIP programme benefits. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any additional terms stated on the relevant promotion page.
Standard Wagering Requirement
Unless a specific promotion page states otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your t299 account are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) of 20x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. Specific games may contribute at different rates to the wagering requirement — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate.
Bonus Eligibility
Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first deposit only. Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once. Existing players who close their account and re-register are not eligible for new-player bonuses. t299 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player qualifies for any particular promotion and to decline or withdraw a bonus offer at any time if eligibility criteria are not met.
Bonus Expiry
Unless stated otherwise on the relevant promotion page, bonus funds and associated free spins expire 30 days from the date of crediting if the wagering requirement has not been completed within that period. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are automatically removed from the account without further notice. Real-money funds deposited by the player are not affected by bonus expiry.
Bonus Abuse
t299 employs sophisticated risk and compliance monitoring tools to identify patterns of bonus abuse including, but not limited to, hedging bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their account suspended, their bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the platform.
5 Gameplay and Betting Rules
All games and betting markets available on the t299 platform are operated in accordance with the rules specified for each individual product. In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, the records held in t299's system logs shall be treated as the definitive and final record.
Game Fairness
All casino games provided by certified third-party software providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi) use certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by professionally trained dealers in controlled studio environments. t299 does not modify or interfere with the outcome of any game provided by a third-party supplier.
Minimum and Maximum Bets

Cancellation of Bets

Deposit Limits
Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately for reductions and after a 24-hour cooling-off period for increases. t299 will not process any deposit that would cause a player to exceed their self-imposed limit. Deposit limits can be set, reviewed and modified at any time via the account settings section.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or permanent exclusion via their account settings or by contacting t299 support via live chat. During a self-exclusion period, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, or participate in any gameplay. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion before the end of the chosen period will not be honoured except in the case of permanent exclusion requests, which are irreversible.
7 Prohibited Conduct

Fraud and Money Laundering
Any attempt to defraud t299 or use the platform to launder money, including depositing funds from stolen payment methods, using the platform as a conduit for transferring illicit funds, or structuring transactions to avoid detection, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. t299 cooperates fully with law enforcement in all fraud and money laundering investigations.
Cheating and Collusion
The use of any automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets on the t299 platform is strictly prohibited. Collusion between players — including sharing game information in real time, coordinating bets, or chip-dumping in poker-style games — is also prohibited. t299 uses advanced detection tools to identify bot usage and collusion. Accounts found to be engaged in either practice will be closed and all associated funds forfeited.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal or dispute with your payment provider in respect of any deposit made to your t299 account — other than in cases of genuine unauthorised transactions — constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where a chargeback is initiated, t299 reserves the right to immediately suspend the associated account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount by all available legal means. Players with outstanding chargeback disputes are not entitled to access any funds in their t299 account.
8 Account Suspension and Closure
t299 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following section details the primary grounds upon which t299 may take such action and the consequences for affected players.
Grounds for Suspension or Closure
t299 may suspend or close a player account where: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) t299 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal conduct; (c) a self-exclusion request has been received; (d) the player is found to be under the minimum age of 21; (e) t299 is required to do so by applicable law or regulation; or (f) the player's account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with no login activity.
Effect of Closure on Funds
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, including fraud, bonus abuse or multi-accounting, t299 reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance including any uninvested real-money deposits pending investigation. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (for example, at the player's own request or due to inactivity), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
9 Intellectual Property
All content on the t299 platform, including but not limited to software, game graphics, user interface design, text, logos, trademarks, service marks, databases and compilations, is the property of t299 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the t299 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, transmitted or otherwise used for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without the prior written consent of t299 or the relevant third-party rights holder.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the t299 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reverse-engineer, decompile or extract the source code of any software forming part of the t299 platform.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, t299 limits its liability to players as described in this section. Nothing in this section limits t299's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any matter where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Service Interruptions
t299 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, technical faults beyond t299's control, or third-party service interruptions (including payment provider outages). t299 shall not be liable to any player for losses arising from any such interruption, provided that t299 takes reasonable steps to restore service within a reasonable timeframe.
Third-Party Game Providers
Games on the t299 platform are provided by independent third-party software suppliers. t299 does not control and is not responsible for the software, RNG certification, or terms applicable to each individual game. Any malfunction of a third-party game is the responsibility of that game's provider. In the event of a game malfunction that affects the outcome of a bet, the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned.
11 Amendments to These Terms
t299 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect player rights or obligations — t299 will provide registered players with at least 14 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect. Notice will be provided via a prominent notice on the t299 website or via a message to the player's registered mobile number. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or updates to payment method lists — may be made at any time without prior notice.
